3. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted products.

Order Confirmation

1. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
2. Mahsums reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect pricing, incomplete information, or unavailability of materials.

Customization Policy

1. Customization details provided by the customer must be accurate.
2. Mahsums is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customization information submitted by the customer.
3. Changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.

Pricing & Payments

1. All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
2. Prices may change without prior notice.
3. Payments must be completed using the available payment methods at checkout, including Cash on Delivery where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Production time for custom handbags is usually 5–7 working days.
2. Delivery time after dispatch may take 2–4 working days in major cities and 4–7 working days in remote areas.
3. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Since all products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
2. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos for verification.
3. Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or resolution at Mahsums’ discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Mahsums and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
