At Mahsums, each handbag is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom-Made Products

All Mahsums handbags are custom-made after order confirmation.
Due to the personalized nature of our products:

1. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or design expectations.
2. Minor variations in color, pattern, or texture are normal in handmade carpet handbags and are not considered defects.

Eligible Cases for Exchange or Replacement

We only offer exchange or replacement in the following cases:

1. You receive a damaged product
2. You receive an incorrect product (different from your confirmed order)

Reporting an Issue

If you face any of the above issues:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Share clear photos and order details for verification
3. Requests made after 48 hours may not be entertained

Resolution Process

Once your claim is approved:

1. We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution
2. Exchange or replacement timelines may vary depending on production and availability

Mahsums reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after review.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

1. Custom orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer
2. Normal wear and tear
3. Slight design or color variations due to handmade production
4. Damage caused after delivery

Refund Policy

1. Refunds are only applicable if a replacement is not possible
2. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
3. Refund processing may take 7–14 working days
